CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require a non‑refundable $25 deposit. Your appointment will be cancelled if your deposit is not received! Clients may cancel or reschedule no later than 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Deposit does not go towards a rescheduled appointment unless discussed otherwise. I will not work with dirty hair please come with clean hair unless stated differently under service. Timeliness is essential. If a client arrives 15 minutes past the scheduled time, the appointment will be canceled.
